Spring is here! We have been playing outside all day every day and it is SO wonderful. When the sun decides to shine after a long winter, I just soak it in!
With more warm afternoons, comes less time for me to cook dinner in the kitchen. I want to be outside playing with my girls as much as possible! I’m incorporating a lot of “dump and go” style recipes into this meal plan for that reason.
Things that I can pop into the oven, crock pot or instant pot and leave it there until dinner comes around are my friends this time of year!
