I grocery shop every 10 days. That keeps me out of the store, eating everything we have, and lets me plan out a reasonable amount of meals (month long plans don’t work for me!)
This is what works best for me and my family! Before I had kids, I was definitely a once a week grocery shopper. I also shopped in store most of the time. Now, I almost exclusively do grocery pick up and I only shop 3 times a month.
