This week, my husband is starting a keto diet. He has done this in the past (check out my meal plans from then!) and he feels really great while eating like this! Me and the girls will not be eating keto, but we will be eating keto-friendly dinners. This makes life so much simpler for me!
There is no need to make separate meals for your family when you’re eating a certain type of diet. Figure out what works for everyone and go from there!
I also love figuring out how to eat on a keto diet on a tight budget. One way that I’m doing that this week is by using the ground beef that was a super great deal this week at my Kroger!
You don’t have to spend a lot of money to feed your family well!
Here is what I’m feeding my family with for the next 10 days!
