My husband has starting eating a Ketogenic diet again, so our meal plan will reflect that for a while! We’ll have non-keto meals whenever he’s not home for dinner (which is super rare, but will happen once in this cycle!), but for the most part we’ll eat keto with him for dinner every single night!
We are a family of 5 with a pre-schooler, toddler and a baby. Most meals that I make we end up with some amount of leftovers for the next day for lunch. Not too much because then we don’t eat it all!
