Do you want to know how we eat keto-friendly dinners as a family all on a tight budget? This is for you!
We’re in our 4th week of my husband eating a strict ketogenic diet. My kids and I are not eating a keto diet, but we do all eat the same keto-friendly dinner every night!
You can check out the keto-friendly dinner meal plan here!
I view cooking for a keto diet on a tight budget as a fun challenge! I’m always looking for new ways to prepare ingredients that I can buy in larger quantities and for sales on great staples like cheese and meat.
Eating a ketogenic diet can definitely be expensive, but if you stick to whole foods and stay away from the pre-packaged heavily marketed keto products then you’re good to go.
Do you like to eat a keto diet? What is your favorite keto recipe? Let me know!
Here is everything I bought for my family of 5 for the next 10 days. We’ll eat all of our meals at home and only go grocery shopping again on the 10th of the month.
