This is our fourth week of eating a keto-friendly meal plan as a family! My husband is on a ketogenic diet and to keep things simple, we all eat a keto-friendly meal every night!
I love to save money on groceries and saving money while on any special diet is a fun challenge!
How do you meal plan to save money?
I always meal plan 3 times a month. First the 1-10, then the 11-20 and finally the 21-30 (or 31st). This is the optimal timing for my family because I only grocery shop 3 times and it gives us plenty of time to eat up all of the food we have bought. Less food waste=money saved!
