Right now, I have a 4 year old, a 2 year old and a 7 month old. They all LOVE to eat and I love making new foods for them to try. The rule in our house is that you have to try a new food at least once. If it’s not your favorite then you say “that’s not my favorite” and you move on!
What is your favorite way to introduce new foods to young kids? Meal time is seriously one of my favorite things and seeing my kids learn to love all kinds of different healthy foods.
