Are you not sure what to make for dinner or are you just stumped on what to put on your meal plan? Then this post is just for you!
Who likes meatloaf? I do! It is seriously one of my favorite foods, and almost every single time I get the chance I order it. The problem… my family says they don’t like it. Specifically my husband! So, my mission this week is to try to make a recipe that he likes!
We don’t eat onions in my house (just onion powder) and so that is why I think he has always been standoffish to one of my favorite dishes!
We’ll see if I’m successful! I’ll keep you updated if we solve the meatloaf conundrum!

I’ve linked the recipes that I use above! Honestly, for a lot of our regular meals anymore I don’t follow recipes, but I try to give you some basic ideas of what I do.
Beef and Bean Tacos
Cook 1 pound ground beef and season with taco seasoning. Add in 1 can of black beans. Serve in tortillas or crunchy taco shells!
Chicken and Rice
Cook 2 chicken breast cut into bite sized pieces in button on medium heat. Remove chicken and deglaze pan with 2 and 1/2 cups chicken broth. Bring broth to a boil and add 1 cup of white long grain rice. Place the chicken back into the skillet, reduce heat to low and cover for about 30 minutes or until rice is cooked through.
Beef and Brown Gravy
Choose any cut of steak that you like (or even stew meat!) and cut into bite sized pieces. Cook in olive oil until browned and then add brown gravy as recommended on the back of the packet. Let cook in gravy mixture on low heat for up to 6 hours! Serve over rice.
