Happy New Year everyone! We are another cycle into our family friendly Keto meal plans and grocery hauls, and I am excited!
Clay is eating a strict ketogenic diet, me and the girls are not. How we are approaching this is by always having keto friendly dinner entrees.
We all eat the same dinner, but me and the girls may have a side of rice, beans, or baked apples so that we get carbs. Clay just doesn’t eat that side. Easy peasy!
