About this time last year, my husband and I did a round of Whole30. I was about 4 months postpartum at the time, and it was a wonderful (and absolutely terrible) thing. I’m wondering if it would be a good time to do something like that again, but I’m not looking forward to the prospect of the sugar withdrawals.
Few a few days after starting Whole30 we both felt like we had been hit by a truck. Some of that may have been because we had a 4 month old that slept less than any human ever, but I blame Whole30 too :)!
Anyways, we are NOT currently eating Whole30, just trying to eat a healthy and balanced diet all while saving money and feeding two toddlers along the way.
