Chicken has been filling a lot of our meal plans lately, so I’m changing things up this cycle with ground beef! I’m excited for the change of pace, and I’m also excited because ground beef is something that I can prep ahead.

Hamburger Stroganoff with Brocolli
- Ground Beef, Noodles, Cream of Mushroom, Sour Cream, Frozen Broccoli
Taco Quesadillas with Fruit
- Ground Beef (leftover from tacos), Black Beans, Cheese, Tortillas, Fruit
Hamburger Steak with Mashed Potatoes
- Ground Beef, Brown Gravy, Potatoes, Butter, Cream, Sour Cream, Salt
Ground Beef Stew
- Ground Beef, Carrots, Potatoes, Stew Seasoning Packet
Hamburger Potato Casserole
- Ground Beef, Potatoes, Cheddar Cheese Soup, Evaporated Milk, Cheese
