I have been trying to clean out our freezer as much as possible lately because of the super high prices at the grocery! I’ve based my meals this week off of what we have that needs to be used up.
Reverse meal planning is a great way to save money at the grocery!
What is reverse meal planning? It’s where you look at the stock that you have (usually the higher priced items like meat) and base your meals off of that. Thus, saving you money by only buying one or two items for a meal.
