I’m back and our family of four is now a family of five!! We welcomed our third baby the second week of June and life has been so sweet since she got here!
The newborn is haze is starting to fade away and I’m officially out of freezer meals and freezer prepped food! Check out how I prepared for our third baby here!

Recipes:
Andouille Sausage and Zucchini Sheet Pan
Slice one andouille sausage and one zucchini, toss all in olive oil and Tony’s seasoning and spread out on a sheet pan. Roast at 375 degrees for about 15 minutes or until zucchini is cooked to your liking!
Zucchini Pizza Bites
Slice zucchini into rounds and place on greased sheet pan. Place a small amount of pizza sauce on each round and put Italian seasoning on top. Shred mozzarella cheese and place small amount on top of each round, put pepperoni on top and bake at 375 degrees until cheese is melted!
Pork Chops
Season both sides of pork chops with Lawry’s Seasoned Salt. Heat olive oil in cast iron skillet on medium heat. Place pork chops into hot oil and cook only flipping once until internal temperature is 145 degrees! Be sure to pour any juice that came off of the pork chops during cooking back onto the meat when it is pulled off of the skillet.
Cauliflower Rice Taco Skillet
Brown 1-2 pounds of ground beef and drain excess fat. Pour in one packet of taco seasoning with 1/2 cup of water. Let simmer for a couple of minutes. Prepare cauliflower rice according to package instructions and then pour into ground beef mixture. Stir to combine and top with cheese. Let simmer until cheese is melted and then serve.
