Here is everything I bought to feed our family of 4 (I’m pregnant with baby #3 too!) for the next 10 days. We eat breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks all from this list. Shopping every 10 days is what works for us and what keeps me from buying food that we won’t eat.
I have found through the years that grocery shopping every week is too often for us, and waiting for 2 full week is just too long!
Check out what we bought for February 11-20 below!

I bought several things this cycle that will last through the next (burgers and salmon). This will feed our family for about 10 days. At the 10 week mark, our pantry and refrigerator are super bare and that is the only time I want to shop again! When we actually need it! It keeps us from wasting food and also saves a lot of money.
