If you’ve been following along this week, you already know I found some great Kroger digital coupons and Weekly Deals — especially on meats, produce, and pantry staples.
This meal plan came directly from those deals, which means every dinner here was built to make the most of the sales without sacrificing variety or flavor. I don’t buy things just because they’re cheap — I build meals around the items my family actually eats. When the two overlap (great deals and foods we love), that’s where the real savings happen.
1. Cheeseburger Soup
For this meal, I’m using ground beef that I bought for $4.99/pound, frozen diced potatoes and cheese! My recipe also used cream cheese, carrots and broth! So yummy.
2. Pork Loin, Mashed Potatoes and Green Beans
$1.99/lb pork loin makes this meal super cheap. I’m using some of the russet potatoes that were on sale for $3.99/10 pounds and the Del Monte green beans that are $1/can.
3. Picnic Dinner (lunch meat, fruit, cheese, veggies)
The Oscar Mayer lunch meat is being used here! With kroger cheese!
4. Breakfast for Dinner with Hashbrowns
More frozen potatoes here with eggs and bacon. Really simple, but so yummy!
5. Loaded Baked Potatoes
I’ll make double bacon the day before so that we have bacon to top our potatoes with. This one is so quick and easy but really filling and nutritious!
6. Chicken, Potato Wedges & Green Beans
I’m using some frozen chicken that I got on sale last week, the rest of those russet potatoes that I got on sale this week and more green beans.
