If you’ve been following along this week, you already know I found some great Kroger digital coupons and Weekly Deals — especially on meats, produce, and pantry staples.
This meal plan came directly from those deals, which means every dinner here was built to make the most of the sales without sacrificing variety or flavor. I don’t buy things just because they’re cheap — I build meals around the items my family actually eats. When the two overlap (great deals and foods we love), that’s where the real savings happen.
1. Pork Tenderloin and Baked Sweet Potatoes
For this meal, I’m using the first of two pork tenderloins I bought with the BOGO deal.
2. Potato Soup
I like to make it loaded with some ground beef, cream cheese and cheddar cheese! All on weekly deal this week!
3. Sausage and Cheese Egg Bake with Berries
Jimmy Dean sausage is a weekly deal, and Happy Egg Co. eggs are BOGO free!
4. Beef and Brown Gravy with Rice and Broccoli
Ground beef patties cooked in brown gravy. Birds Eye broccoli on the side.
5. Broccoli Cheesy Rice with Pork Tenderloin
I’ve been really wanting to try to create a recipe I haven’t had in a long time! Using some Birds Eye Broccoli cooked in butter and then mixed into rice with some melted cheddar cheese! I’ll also use the other pork tenderloin this night.
6. Sausage, Eggs and Fried Potatoes with Berries
Some more sausage, just cooked traditionally in patties. Serving this with eggs and some potatoes (from last weeks kroger deals).
7. Taco Rice Skillet
Ground beef cooked with taco seasoning and then put into rice cooked in broth and tomato sauce. Topped with cheddar cheese!
